The software solution is being developed as a joint project with Switzerland Tourism. A project solution is created from existing product lines. This makes us known as CRM pioneers by creating a software solution for the first time that enables personalized digital communication for every consumer in a highly individual way.
More than 20 customers in Switzerland, Austria and Germany are now using the first successor generation (version 1.0) of the E-Marketing Suite. In the meantime, the original project solution has become the first version of a standard software product. A new module for highly automated processing of incoming emails is successfully introduced.
More than 50 customers in Switzerland, Austria and Germany use the E-Marketing Suite in their 3rd generation of products. Numerous modules such as complaint management, case management and deep integration of BI are also being developed to maximize the benefits for our customers. A separate division is being founded in Ulm to drive the agilization and strengthening of the product line.
As part of a strategy process, the existing business unit with all employees related to the E-Marketing Suite product line is spun off and transferred to the company starmate. starmate remains part of the Wilken Software Group and combines the agility of a start-up with the stability of an established company. More than 100 customers are currently using our solution.
