Tech- and data-driven CRM, or humanistic digital transformation?

What do we really care about?

How important is "humanity" to you in our digital world? At a time when technology sets the tone for pretty much everything, I find it essential to remember that people should be at the centre of things - in our society just as much as in the business world. As CEO, I've come to realise on my professional journey that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and humanism have a lot in common.

At first glance, CRM can seem complicated - technologically demanding and data-driven. But look more closely and behind the numbers and analytics are people - your team on one side, your customers on the other. A well-designed CRM system is about more than transactions. It helps build real relationships with quality and depth by providing valuable insight into needs and preferences. A CRM worth its salt manages to achieve real quality in that dialogue - and in doing so, creates genuine value for both people and brands.

Humanism is, above all, about recognising the value and potential of people. These values shouldn't just apply to how we treat one another personally - they matter just as much in the business world. To me, a humanistic approach to digital transformation means using technology to strengthen human relationships, not replace them. Speaking of relationships - thank you for reading this far!

Bringing CRM and humanism together means, for me, putting the human side of things at the centre of our strategy. As CEO, I make sure our software solution reflects that approach. But our leadership style is shaped by servant leadership too, making sure the whole company stays oriented towards sustainability and people.

So let's use technology to build real relationships, not to create distance. Because in the end, it's our relationships with one another that make life worthwhile!
